Introduction

We know your privacy is important to you. We want you to know that it is important to us that you feel safe and confident using our products. We believe the best way to do that is to be well informed about what kind of information we collect, how we do it and why we do it. This Privacy Policy explains that.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Advertisement App (also referred to as 'App') as well as this Website (also referred to as 'Website').

By using the Advertisement App as well as this Website, you consent to our Privacy Policy. Make sure you’ve read and understand it. Our Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect our current information collection, use, and sharing practices. At any moment you have the right to update or totally remove your data from our database.

3rd Party Analytics Services

As part of the Advertisement App we use third party analytics services called: Crashlytics and Answers. Those services operate under their own Privacy Policies (link to which can be found below). Crash data and metrics they provide are instrumental to optimizing and improving our App. You can find out more about those services here:
•Crashlytics – captures and collects crash logs and errors. It allows us to find bugs and areas that need improvement in our App. The Crashlytics Privacy Policy can be found here: https://try.crashlytics.com/terms/
•Answers – detects and collects usage metrics. It allows us to optimize App performance and provide you with better experience when your using the App. The Answers Privacy Policy can be found here: https://answers.io/privacy
•Apple Analytics - (unless you disabled it) collects anonymous analytical data to help us better understand how our customers and users find, purchase and use our App. The Apple Analytics Privacy Policy is part of the Apple Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/privacy/

What information do we collect?

Information we collect trough Advertisement App are:
•Crash Data – data associated with a crash (an incident when the App behaved differently than expected or exited unexpectedly): error object generated by the system, error code, error description, error message, occurrence conditions and failure reason.
•Usage Metrics – the amount of Recipients associated with a Campaign that you attempted to send out, type of the Advertisement used (SMS or E-Mail) and the result of that send out (whether it was: successful, failed, cancelled or saved).
Information we collect through our Website are:
•Form submissions & feedback – your Name (if provided), E-Mail Address (if provided) and Message are saved anytime you contact us through feedback submission form on our Website.

What do we use this information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used to: improve the Advertisement App, fix existing bugs causing the App to crash or otherwise behave unexpectedly, optimize App performance and stability, make App more accessible in new regions, advertise or market the App, add desired functionality and improve your experience using the Advertisement App.

Do we disclose or share any information with outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties mentioned above. We share Crash Data and Usage Metrics with Fabric.io (trough Crashlytics and Answers services). We also share anonymous analytical data with Apple Analytics. Non-personally identifiable Usage Metrics may be provided to other parties for App: marketing, advertising, or other uses.

How do we store your information?

All your App data is stored only locally on your device. It is not disclosed or shared with outside party unless you choose to use it (as intended) to create and then send out your Campaign. At that point only your Advertisement data (with the exception of Usage Metrics mentioned above) can be shared only with the Recipients of your Campaign via SMS or E-Mail. In special circumstances defined by law, Administrator will share only the data he is compelled to share with appropriate state agencies. With that exception, data will be shared only with purpose and with 3rd parties disclosed in this privacy policy. All other data collected as disclosed by this privacy policy is collected and stored on secure severs.

How do we protect your information?

Although all App data we collect is anonymous, we handle it with due care and caution. It is processed with all reasonable measures of safety taken. Data we collect trough the Feedback submission form on our Website is transferred using typical SSL ecnryption. You can also share your feedback with us via an E-Mail message instead (our E-Mail address is provided at the end).

Do we use cookies?

“Cookies” are pieces of information that are stored by your Web browser on your computer when you visit a Website. At this time, we do not use cookies on our Website.

Changes/Updates to this Privacy Policy

If we need to update or change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on this page, and update the Privacy Policy modification date.
